Preserving your privacy and the security of your personal information is important to us.
• Before providing us with your Personal Data (“Data”), please take a moment to read the following Privacy Notice (“Notice”), through which we inform you, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held byPrivate Parties (“Law”) and its Regulations (“Regulations”), how and for what purposes we process your personal information.
• If you provide us with your Data, we will assume that you agree to the terms of thisNotice, the purposes of the processing your Data, as well as the means and procedures that we make available to you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as stated in Section VI of thisPrivacy Notice.
• The capitalized terms included in this Notice are understood to refer to the definitions contained in the Law, the Regulations or those established in thisNotice.
I. RESPONSIBLE PARTY

II. PURPOSES

The collected Data will be processed for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
Should we enter into a legal relationship with you related to any services offered by us, your Data will be used for compliance of the obligations derived from that legal relationship. Should no legal relationship be established with you, the Data provided to us will be blocked and subsequently deleted from our database.
The blocked information may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal provisions, such as tax or commercial regulations, and will subsequently be deleted.
III. OBTAINED DATA

We collect your personal data directly through our contact form on our website or directly a tour offices, with the purpose of providing you with a service.
Personal data: the Company will collect from you the personal data necessary for the proper provision of our services (hereinafter the“Services”), either directly or through our commercial partners. Such personal data includes the following:
Identification data: name, address, telephone number, marital status, signature, electronic signature, RFC (tax identification number), CURP (UniquePopulation Registry Code), place and date of birth, age, names of relatives, dependents and beneficiaries.
Labor data: occupation, position, area or department, address, work phone number and email, extracurricular activities, work references and personal references.
Financial data: information and documents related to movable and immovable property, credit history, income and expenses, bank accounts, insurance, pension funds, bonds, services contracted and personal references, as well as passwords and files necessary to access the portal of the TaxAdministration Service.
IV. DATA TRANSFERS

In accordance withArticles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held byPrivate Parties, the Data may be lawfully transferred for the Purposes established in this Privacy Notice to controlling, subsidiary or affiliated companies under the common control of the responsible party, or to a parent company or any company of the same group as the responsible party that operates under the same internal processes and policies.
VIWALA may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign employees or third parties who provide necessary services for VIWALA's proper operation and are necessary for granting the requested credit, such as relevant customer inquiries, their representatives, and solidary liable parties, which include background checks, blacklists in public databases, credit behavior checks, physical verifications at their addresses, personal interviews, and consultation on compliance with institutional electronic controls of the Tax Administration Service. In these cases, we inform you that VIWALA will take the necessary measures to ensure that the individuals who have access to your personal data comply with VIWALA's privacy policy, as well as with the principles of personal data protection as established in the Law.
Therefore, we request your express consent for your personal, sensitive, and financial data to be transferred to the aforementioned third parties, in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
V. DATA PROTECTION

The protection ofPersonal Data is guaranteed through administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent their loss, tampering, destruction, improper use, access, or disclosure.
VI. ARCO RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, and revoke your consent for the processing of your Data (ARCO rights) by submitting a request to: recepcion@nvgroup.org.
Said request must contain at least: (a) your full name; (b) indicate if the request is made personally or through your representative, (c) your address, (d) your phone number; (e) indicate if you accept that any notifications issued by us relative to your request take effect through the email address provided by you; (f) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data regarding which you request to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (g) where appropriate, your express statement to revoke your consent for the processing of your Data; (h) any other element that facilitates the location of your Data (date on which the Data was provided to us, identification number of the celebrated act, person who assisted you, involved areas), and (i) the documents that prove your identity and/or personality with power of attorney.
Remember that, in accordance with the Law, to process your request, you must previously accredit your identity or personality through personal attendance by presenting the original and a copy of your official identification and/or power of attorney.
When Access andRectification requests are made and you reside outside Mexico City, you may submit the request electronically by attaching a scanned copy of your official identification and/or power of attorney and wait for our instructions on how to proceed. Likewise, the owner guarantees that the Data provided is reliable, accurate, and complete, and therefore, he/she is responsible for any damage or loss caused by falsehood or identity theft. In the case of rectification requests, the documents that prove the request and the specific Data to be modified must be attached. These documents must be presented in original and copy for comparison purposes.
The rest of the procedure will be processed in accordance with the terms and stages established in the Law.

VII. PRIVACY OF MINORS

We do not provide services to minors or approve service requests from them. Therefore, we do note establish or maintain records of any minor whose Data we are aware of. However, if we discover that we have received Data or personal information from a person who indicates that he or she is a minor, or from any other person whom we have reason to believe is a minor, we will delete such Data in accordance with the law. In the event that a minor fraudulently represents himself or herself as an adult, he or she will be subject to any liabilities of any nature that correspond. We ask parents to supervise their children while they are online or when making phone calls.

When applicable, if you do not express your opposition to the treatment of your Data as indicated in this Notice, it will be understood that you have given your prior consent to it.
